Results

The effectiveness of the Delphi program can be seen in the results obtained with students. Our Elementary School students take the California Achievement Tests (CAT) annually, regularly scoring at least one grade level ahead of age and quite often two and three grade levels ahead. But the results that mean the most to us can be found in the attitudes and behavior of our students, as well as in the enthusiasm and support from our parents. "I learned a lot out of the checksheet Microscope Basics, such as the parts of the microscope. I learned about the stage and the mirror. I had a good time drawing the objects. I saw objects such as a fruit fly and a bamboo shoot. It looked like a hole with circles in it and with green. If you want to be a doctor, you have to be able to use a microscope."
